Challenge yourself to these fast paced classes, which consist of strength and conditioning, high intensity interval training, weight lifting and using some classic conditioning methods and equipment such as kettlebells, TRX, and Military style circuits. All classes are constantly varied, with modifications offered for the beginners and for the advanced athlete, with the purpose of getting you all training like a pro
