Trip advisor should allow me to give 1000 stars for this place

My boyfriend and i decided to have a fitness summer vacation together for the first time. We emailed couple of places all around the world and the first human response was from a lovely lady called Samantha. Let me just say Sam’s welcoming prep for us is spot on details. Sam answered all our enquiries, made us well prepared physically and mentally for our holiday.

30 days we spent at kohfit went like a flash. We had so much fun working out with the trainers and other people around the world. Mike, the head coach is ultimately knowledgeable and he will cater the training up to your level (initially) and takes concern for your past injuries. He will create various activities to make the training fun yet effective. Not a day our training is similar. We have circuits, tabatta, calorie burner, beach circuit, marine style, hiking, muay thai, yoga and many more. They kept the training group small and focused.

Other trainers like Phil (he’s the motivator, gonna miss Phil), Danny and the cute but strong Pui spice up our training sessions. I love hiking with Danny and Pui. Pui makes the hiking fun by having chats to kill the time. Danny’s energy is exemplary for us noobs in fitness training.

For those who are trying to lose weight, I would deffo recommend to sign up with full package inclusive of meals at the gym’s restaurant. The chef is an experienced healthy food cook, food is top notch delicious at the same time healthy and low in calories.

In short, we would practice this healthy lifestyle that we learnt from kohfit and will come back next year looking all lean and strong.
