Koh Fit Thailand offers a 450 M2 functional fitness area which is the hub for our fitness classes. The potential of this space is unlimited your workouts here varied in structure, intensity and movement.
How Will We Transform you?
Make use of our 12 station Cross Training rack, punch bags, monkey bars, climbing rope, weighted sled and more, you can build a workout targeted at total-body strength.
Fully Equiped:
In this area, you can find the floors padded with mats that can sustain high-intensity workouts and ensure your safety as you perform different exercises.
